My client detected today an issue with his site. The issue seems to relate to the Views that are inserted inside a page and that use the ?users-filter=xxx filter.
Is there anything that have been changed on this subject in the last versions of Toolset plugins?
Here is the kind of url that is used for that :
mysite.com/backoffice/gestion-des-adherents/?users-filter=2
Even if the user ID is well indicated, the page displays the user with ID=1 info and not the one with the selected ID
For info, this site is in production since more than 3 years and has always work fine, so I'm a little concerned to have this issue today !
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Can you please send me admin access details and let me review that whats going wrong with your setup.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Do I require to login as the user ID 2 or "Clooney " from the frontend? if yes:
- Can you please share with what user login I should check the issue without loggedin to admin?
Hi Minesh
No, if you are connecter with admin rights (as you should have with the accourt I created for you), you have access to the backoffice pages. Just follow the links I have indicated in m'y previews message.
Thé user info (Clooney or Id 2 are juste for the test purpose when you are on the backoffice page. Alain, please follow the different actions listed in my message
Hi Minesh
Yes there is a user with id2
Juste look at the second part of my private message when I explain there is a difference between the Views inserted in a post or à page, that should help to understand the issue
Regards
Pat
Do you mean that like the following post: enlace oculto
It should display the same result on the following link? enlace oculto
- Do you want to display search filters and search result on above page like the "aaa" post? enlace oculto
Also, when I search for 2 on the "aaa" post: enlace oculto
- it do not display any result further. Its the same when I search with ID 2 on both "aaa" and "backoffice".
Hi Minesh,
After investigation, it seems the issue was linked to Divi. I'm always a little concern with the relationship between Toolset and Divi as I'm working with both for main of my sites !
What was strange is that only 2 specific pages was causing issue (even if on others, I was using Views and Forms !).
Not sure everything is done to have a efficient integration between these 2 tools.
Regards
Pat
