Tell us what you are trying to do?
I've been doing updates to my site and also have a copy on localhost
I haven't made any changes to this View search, in localhost it works fine, on the live site it's stopped working (no results found). I'm using Relevanssi and rebuilt the indexes. The results for the indexes in the live site and the localhost are exactly the same. Would really appreciate if you could take a look and tell me how to fix it.

What is the link to your site?

Thanks for your help

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. It is hard to detect what might be the problem's cause. Most probably it should be a setting related as when something works ok on localhost and not other place it is not related to Toolset code base. As the same codebas is used on both scenarios.

Here are a few general suggestions:

Verify Relevanssi Settings

Indexing Settings: Go to Settings > Relevanssi > Indexing and ensure that:

- All relevant post types are selected for indexing.

- Custom fields you wish to search are included.

- The index has been rebuilt after any changes.

Search Behavior: Under Settings > Relevanssi > Searching, confirm that Relevanssi is set to handle searches and that the appropriate fields (titles, content, custom fields) are selected.

Test for Plugin or Theme Conflicts

Switch to a Default Theme: Temporarily activate a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue persists.

Disable Other Plugins: Deactivate all plugins except Relevanssi and Toolset. If the search works, reactivate plugins one by one to identify any conflicts.

Rebuild the Index

Force Reindexing: Even if the index appears correct, rebuild it to ensure all content is properly indexed.

Check for Errors: After reindexing, review any error messages or logs that might indicate issues during the process.

Review Toolset View Configuration

Search Filters: Ensure that your Toolset View is configured to use Relevanssi for searches.

Custom Fields: Verify that the custom fields you're searching are included in the Relevanssi index and that the View is set to search these fields.

Hi Christopher, I'm still receiving "no items found".
I've checked all theToolset and Relevanssi settings and rebuilt the indexes.
Would really appreciate if you could take a look to see if I've done this correctly, maybe you can see why this isn't working
Thanks for your help

Hi,

Well, that was what I could suggest. I can take a look at the website if needed, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Also tell me which view to check.

I tested the website and searches such as RED, ITALIAN and stuff show what is part of your website. Please see the screenshot.
