I can't register the license on my site (migrated from another domain)

This support ticket is created hace 1 año, 11 meses. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I have added the site URL to the registered sites on the ToolSet dashboard.

However when I try to enter the license key on my website it won't connect with ToolSet.com

In the installer logs I am seeing this:
toolset: Site key does not match for ...

This site was migrated from another domain.
It's hosted on SiteGround and cache is cleared.

Any advice?

Can you please try to delete the existing site key from your account's page:
