With Avada, you can use Layouts to design the main content area of a page or post. You can also use the theme options in each Layout to determine whether or not to show the page title bar.

Avada's framework is more restrictive regarding the design of the global header and footer areas. Those are not managed by Layouts. In the 4 screenshots above, I have annotated the area that Avada allows you to control with Layouts, and the flow of contents from post to Layout to front-end. I have also highlighted the Theme Options panel in a Layout editor.

Good morning ... What I want is to know what I have to do so that my new template created with ToolSet shows the general header that shows the rest of the pages created with Avada. The footer shows it well ... thanks for your reply

Normally that is controlled with the "Page Title Bar" and "Display Header" theme options (see Screen Shot 2018-02-04 at 2.46.16 PM.png). If these options do not appear to be working, I need to take a closer look in your wp-admin to see how these things are configured. Please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here.
