[Resuelto] Google Maps Geolocation Issue – how to debug?

This support ticket is created hace 1 mes, 2 semanas. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to: We built this directory system quite some time ago and it's been working relatively well. When you search the area Lambton Shores, Google auto complete address provides an option to choose, and then when you search it should use that for providing results close by. Unfortunately with this entry, it does not filter at all and instead you get all results being returned. If you use a popular city like 'Toronto, ON, Canada', it will filter without issue.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
enlace oculto - set distance to 20km and then enter 'Lambton Shores, ON, Canada', click the Google address auto complete entry that comes up, and then click 'Search'.

I expected to see: we expected to see a single returned result by default, because there's only one person in that area. The results page should look like this, only one relevant result returning, and of course the longitude latitude would be replaced by the location name.

Instead, I got: we get all therapist results returning:

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all, based on the debug information you shared I find that you are using the outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:

OR
You can install/update Toolset pluigins using the installer plugin:
-https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed

Also, please note that we suppose to relese hotfix version for many Toolset plugins either today or tomorrow. So, you can also keep that in mind but before that you should udpate ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official release version and check if that help you to resolve your issue.
