generic field datepicker inside a modal window

My Toolset Post edit form has a generic date field but it doesn't display any date picker and also it doesn't allow to inter any value. and also conditional logic with generic field is not working as well.

I was preparing the request to our 2nd Tier and while I was taking screenshots to explain the issue, I noticed that the date picker is now working as expected, check this screenshot enlace oculto

Maybe that happens because I have already submitted a form, or because you have added some kind of Javascript code.

Can you help me understand what am I missing?

Hi Jamal,
Its working, because I didn't use your default Date field. But I used a single line field and then added jquery datepicker library and that's why its working. SO I am gonna close the ticke.t
