Hi,

I creating a form where a client can tell what he prefers for appointments during weekdays. And if he prefers morning and/or afternoons. Is there a way to make a checkbox do this? Or do you have another suggestion?

Hi Marco,

I think you will need to have separate fields for the weekdays and fields for the morning/afternoon.

It is a conditional group feature in Froms that you can use. I guess you can think of something using that method.
