For some reason filtered results are not diplaying all possible posts. For example, we have thousands of posts (within the CPT we are using for this view) and we know that based upon a specific query we should get lots of results. However we only get 3 each time we do it. I don't know why. I've looked at my filter config over and over and I can't figure it out. Does Toolset require some sort of re-indexing of the post type, or, does it re-index on a schedule? Can you please help? Due to the sensitve nature of our content (internal pricing and services, I would prefer not to post more informatoin publically.

Thanks!

Hi,

Q) Does Toolset require some sort of re-indexing of the post type, or, does it re-index on a schedule?
No, Toolset Views plugin don't require those operation.

And Views is using WordPress class WP_Query to query posts, in some previous cases, I have seen some users using option:
Order the result by a custom field.

It might conduct problem, this option requires all posts have value in that custom field, see wordpress document:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Class_Reference/WP_Query#Order_.26_Orderby_Parameters
'meta_value' - Note that a 'meta_key=keyname' must also be present in the query.

So, I suggest you check your view, try to order by post title, and test again.

If the problem persists, please try these:

1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again

2) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

This is incredibly frustrating. I have another issue that may or may not be tied to the originaly problem and rather that reviewing my quetion you're asking me to open another ticket in the same ticketing system. Thus delaying my resolution and forcing me to rehash the previous issues is another ticket and for a new support person. That makes no sense. Kindly review the issues, Thank you.
