Could you let me know when did this issue started to occur ? Was it after updating the plugin ?

If so could you try manually reinstalling our Types plugin by downloading it from the link below and then uploading it to your site ?
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Once you have done this please let me know if the issue is still present.
