The only field type I'm aware of where this is possible is the numeric type, where you can specify %%FIELD_TITLE%% : %%FIELD_VALUE%% as the output format when inserting the shortcode to output the field.
I could request something similar for other fields, though it may only make sense for simple fields rather than fields such as images, unless you were outputting the raw value.
But it is fairly trivial if you insert a field to manually add the title when you do, e.g.
Some text: [types field='some-text' ][/types]
I could pass this on, but in the context of all the other feature requests we have I'd say there is very little chance of it being implemented unless we have lots more requests for the same.
We will soon be opening up a public feature request system where users can submit and vote on requests and this would probably be better handled there to see if there is more support for it.
I think this will shortern the output test, yes agree that complex field should not be output. talking about the direct fields such as textarea, checkbox, etc images is good too.
public feature request system - i think this is the way to go up. cheers
