Hi Jay,
That's correct.
The main difference I see with your GD library and my GD library is that mine has newer versions of some of the modules. See Screenshot
As I mentioned previously the image cropping on your site works fine when copied onto my local server here which is a good indication of a server issue.
Is this the only server that you have to host this website ?
