This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

Just wanted to complain a bit that it's very inconvenient that in the new interface of custom fields it's impossible to open the group in a separate window. When I'm working I have to go back and forth many times and opening the pages in separate windows saves a lot of time on waiting for pages to load. This particular innovation is a kind of a bammer.

Well - Yes, I can see this usability issue and I'll report this as a new feature request to our Devs to improve the current GUI.

I reported your concern to our Devs and they are almost agree what you said. This usability will be fixed with Types version 3.1 which is scheduled to be set as next release in near future.
