Hi There,

This is a continuation from an old issue discussed below

https://toolset.com/forums/topic/gravity-forms-date-field-compatibility-issue/

The old solution worked perfectly before but I believe it has now since depreciated. When the code is now implemented the date changes in toolset and displays in a view correctly immediately after the gravity forms submission but when a custom filter is applied to it the post is not considered in the view.

However, when I go in to the post from the backend and simply save it again the post is now able to be filtered.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Ed

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked the code shared with the reference ticket you shared and I can see the code is converting the gravity forms date field value to Unix Timestamps and stores with the Types date field.

Can you please confirm that the post that is missing with the view that missing post does have the correct Unix Timestamp value available with the custom data field in the postmeta table. If yes:

Then can you please share problem URL where you added the view as well as what filter you applied and what posts are missing from the view results.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Thanks Minesh,

I fear this is going to be a long issue so I'm going to park it for now and potentially figure out a workaround. I might revisit it at a later date.

Many Thanks,
Ed
