I have a custom post type with some custom fields including two check boxes.
When editing using the standard WP interface (not Toolset Forms) I am able to check the check boxes and they show up as checked, but the state is not being saved.
The configuration hasn't changed in a few years other than updates. This is an active list of available jobs for a trade union that I'm working on constantly updating posts so I'm sure it was working yesterday before I did the latest Toolset update.

Hi Darry,
Thanks for reporting this problem.
Unfortunately, I couldn't replicate your issue locally.
So, it seems that it's a problem with your installation.
I'm sure that this issue needs to be debugged locally using the debugging tools because we will need to check which part of the code causes the issue.
or possible there is a problem in your data that will need a script to be run or can be handled by a backward compatibility code.
Anyway, to be able to do so, we will need to work on a copy of your website.
You can use the Duplicator plugin to provide this copy, upload it then share the download link with us here.
I will set the next reply as a private one so that you can provide the information securely.
It will be nice if you shared the login credentials to your website, we may need to check your configurations.
thanks.
Hi,
I'm downloading a copy of your website. please wait and I will check the issue and get back to you ASAP.
Thanks.
Hi Darry,
the issue now is escalated. please keep watching this ticket and I will notify you once I get any updates.
Thanks.
I'm not sure if this will help but
:
It *looks* like posts created before the latest update work as they should.
I created a Toolset Forms form and it was able to change the checkbox status but I still can't do it with the standard WP post editing interface.
Thanks, I forwarded this information along with some more details I found in regard to the Developers.
Mohammed will update you here once it's solved.
This has now been replicated on clean install and will be fixed - I hope very soon.
Mohammed mentioned that he downloaded a copy of my website, which I really wasn't too thrilled to hear.
I created a staging copy that I assumed would be used for testing.
Can you please confirm that the copy of the website , along with the personal information of all users was deleted/destroyed?
I'm not a big privacy nut but with new laws I need to cover my butt.
Yes, Mohammed will (if he did not already) delete that package.
I was able to replicate this problem on a clean install, and hence we had no need for any copy anymore.
Mohammed right now is on vacation, so I will just make sure the copy is deleted this Monday.
You can rest assured that the data we got is not in danger or being misused. It is (as a standard workflow) usually removed after we know what the issue is and how to replicate.
Only in those cases where we can't reproduce the issue the Site Copies live a little longer.
Usually, as well we will ask your permission, as it is outlined here:

Thank you
