Continuing the thread: https://toolset.com/forums/forum/professional-support/

I have analyzed the answer, but I think it was not well understood.

Let me explain, the problem is that in a filter view in which all CPTs with category A must be shown, if a CPT has category A and B, all CPTs that have category A and category B are shown, regardless of whether they only have the selected category B.

This course for example enlace oculto has two categories assigned "Firefighters" and "State forces and security"

As you can see, this course is correctly listed on the pages of the selected categories: enlace oculto and enlace oculto

But the incorrect behavior can be verified with the following course that is listed in both categories enlace oculto
this course has only selected the category "Firefighters" but nevertheless it is shown on the page of the other category.

This error is repeated with all the category pages causing their operation not to be correct.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

When I visit the two archive pages, I see different results from what you've shared.

The course "Bomberos del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona" is not showing when I visit the archive "Fuerzas y cuerpos", but shows on the archive "Bomberos".

The same is true for the course "Cos de Bombers de Catalunya" and it is not showing on the archive "Fuerzas y cuerpos", but shows on the archive "Bomberos".

Can you please make sure that all involved caches have been cleared and then check these archives again?

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, so that I can investigate this in more depth.

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing these details.

In your view "Oposiciones filtros categoría", I noticed that the "Especialidades oposición" taxonomy filter was set with the option:
"Set by the page where this View is shown".

But, since this view is being shown on the archive pages and not regular pages, the correct option would be: "Set by the current archive page".
( screenshot: enlace oculto )

I've made this change and the results are showing correctly now.
