[Resuelto] Can’t update

Problem:

The issue here is that the user is getting invalid subscription when they already registered their plugin and have a valid account

Solution:

Our team is already aware of this issue and they are working on fixing this. However the plugins will continue to operate as normal.

This support ticket is created hace 6 años, 5 meses. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi,

I tried to re-register the site multiple times with the same result: it's registered in /wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial, and in the list of plugins it says that I need to register. So in the end I can't update unless manually.

I'm attaching the screenshots.

On other websites, I see the notice in plugin list: "You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key", but still can update.

Please advise.

P.S.:
Your upload an image button is not reacting. I already complained about it a few times.

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I've seen a couple issues like this and it seems to be caused by the Toolset Lite release for our WPML customers.

What you can do its to perform a manual update of the plugin by downloading them from our downloads page below.

I updated manually but still see the message "You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or support for this plugin. Purchase a subscription or enter an existing site key." for the Views plugin.

Re-registering the site didn't help.
