Can't register Toolset on new install

This support ticket is created hace 5 años, 9 meses. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I've installed a new site on an existing registered domain but the site key doesn't save.

I've checked I'm using the right one. When I look at the keys list in my account, they all show I'm using old versions of Types and Views; this is not the case; they are all the latest versions.

I see someone else is having the same problem.
