Cannot import Toolset module

This support ticket is created hace 3 años, 8 meses. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to import Toolset module but some error "Error parsing XML", how can I debug it, I don't want to import total 10 elements one by one.

Hi Kelvin,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot this, I'll recommend temporarily turning on WordPress debugging and then running the module import again.
( ref: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ )

If you see any errors or warnings on the screen or in the server's error logs, you can share them with me, along with the module export file that you used.
( you can zip the export file and upload it to any file sharing service like Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, etc and then share its link )
