Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I'm not sure why all archive pages are not showing any results.
If you can share admin access details I would like to have a look at it.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I checked on your install and yes I can see you have created the WordPress archive "Drama Archive" which is assigned to multiple post types.
This is really strange. We do not recommend to debug on production sites.
In order to minimize the cause of the issue:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do you see any difference?
If no: I would require duplicator copy of your site so that I will deploy it on my local test server and play with it to find the issue.
Duplicator didn't work for me before because the filesize is too big.
Is it possible for you to use All-in-One WP Migration?
I have a newly created backup there that you can download directly from.

In the meantime, I will try to do as you recommended. Thank you.
I've installed the duplicator plugin and I've filtered the content and removed the media so the package is not too big now. I will download it and get back to you as soon as I've more information. Please hold on for further updates.
You can remove All-in-One WP Migration package you created as its not needed for now to free up space on your server 🙂
As suspected, It looks like the issue is from your theme.
I see two themes with the same name Prime at : enlace oculto
As soon as I change the theme to default theme twentytwenty, I can see the results as well as if I change the theme to another Prime theme I can see the results. Can you please set the correct theme on your install and try to resolve your issue.
