when layout plugin is activated. my wordpress goes white screen, when deactivate

when Layout plugin activated my wordpress frontend screen goes blank (white screen)
when deactivated it work as normal.

i have also added this.. in wp-config

define('WP_DEBUG', false);
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

its still the same

probably toolset starter theme may have some issue. i change it to generatepress . it works.
