Is there a way to take the visitor from one page to another and have the inputs populated from the previous page?

For example, in my homepage, I have a custom search parameters such as city, neighborhood and other inputs. The visitor selects a few and leave some empty, then after the visitor clicks search, he is taken to another page with the results AND the custom search parameters pre-filled.
