Problem:
Is it possible to create a similar experience as when working with the Gutenberg editor the first time (the help boxes that pop up consecutively) with just Toolset?
I want to make sure the User is logged out after inactivity. I would like to add a session timer as well so the user knows how much time he/she has before he/she has to login again, but the session is restarted every time there is an action on the part of the user, such as click to edit, suspend, or delete a listing.

There isn't such kind of built-in feature within Toolset plugins, you might consider custom codes or other plugins, for example:

Solution:
you can send an email notification before the post expiration at specific time, If you don't want to change the post status after expiration, you can use option "Keep original status", see screenshot:
