There are many ways to present your site’s homepage. There are also countless ways to use Toolset to query your content<\/a> and display custom lists of posts on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This page provides one convenient design technique. Of course, you can use any approach you prefer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to add dynamic content to a homepage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Adjust your theme options for the homepage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For a great looking hero section, you should adjust the following theme options for your homepage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Stretch your page content to the full width of your screen.<\/li>
  2. Disable the page title.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Divide the homepage into full-width sections<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Use a separate Container <\/strong>block for each section.<\/li>
    2. Click to select the Container <\/strong>block for a given section.<\/li>
    3. In the right sidebar, expand the Background <\/strong>section to add a color or an image to the whole section.<\/li>
    4. In the right sidebar, expand the Advanced <\/strong>section and under Block Alignment<\/strong>, select Full Width<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Create a View to display a dynamic list of posts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      1. Edit your homepage and find the section where you want to insert a dynamic list of posts.<\/li>
      2. Click to insert the View <\/strong>block inside the Container <\/strong>for that page section.<\/li>
      3. Use the WordPress Block Editor to design your View.<\/li>
      4. Use Toolset blocks to add dynamic fields<\/a> to the template.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
