Solution: Use the pipe character to import repeating field values using the Ultimate CSV Importer plugin.

I don't have any information about importing repeating fields with this plugin, unfortunately. The Toolset Types add-on plugin created by the WP All Import team is still in beta, and there's no documentation available. I suggest asking their support team if it's possible to achieve this with their software, and how to configure the CSV file to support multiple values for the same field slug in a single post.

I test it to import the repeated fields and it work but I don't want to buy 2 plugin for the import sake only.

To import repeated field values, you can use the "pipe" character like this:
1|2|3|4
