Wordpress plugins download fails

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Update my Toolset plugins

I usually update my Toolset plugins using the standard WordPress facility. Other plugins are updating fine but Toolset ones are failing with:

Update Failed: Download failed. Not Found

I can download manually (takes more time) but wondered why this was no longer working.

Could you try install the plugins by going to Plugins -> Add New and click on the commercial tab.

I tried using this tab and all 4 downloads failed:

The package could not be installed. (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature)

I just tried the standard plugin updates facility in WordPress and all 4 plugins have updated!

Very strange.

Anyway I am now up to date so thanks for your help.
