Hi, I had this problem before and got this fix on

We should be making a new release of our CRED plugin soon so what you can do is to wait for this release and see if the issue is resolved.

This problem is on a running website.
Do you have an indication of the time we have to wait?
is there not a quick fix availlable?

If possible would you mind if I had a look at the site to do some testing ?

If a workaround is available I would need to test the issue and request a duplicator package to submit for further debugging.

Hi Dido,

I downloaded the duplicator package from your site and was able to test your website on my local server and the upload works fine here.

Could you check the permissions on the folder to see if it allows for wordpress to upload to the folder as it works fine here.

Also what you can do is to check your server logs to see if there are any error messages there that would help identify the issue.

Have you tested it on my website? You have permission to test it and remove the image afterwards.

i did not change the permissions lately.
uploading via the media library works fine.

This is exactly the same problem like we had before.
is it because WP is installed in a submap?

Hi Dido,

I'm trying to access the sites directory through the FTP but i'm only able to get into the httpdocs folder and not the web root folder.

I would like to check the directory permissions.

Also when did this issue start occurring and what was the last thing that was done to the site.

Hi Shane,

I solved the problem. It was indeed a permission issue. I changed some security options 2 weeks ago. One of them was to much. I rolled it back and now it works again.
