Hi

our website suddenly broke, so we did the usual ie disable plugins etc ... but it seems that the issue is that Toolset is saying that I I haven't renewed the subscription ? From what I gathered it's an automatic subscription and I got an email confirmation unless I am not understanding ? I have just looked at the site and I can't see where I am supposed to pay for in invoice if it hasn't been paid ?

See the attached. When I click on the 'purchase a subscription or enter key' and then the 'revalidate the subscription' button nothing happens

Thanks

Nathalie

I think you need to re-enter the key for that site.
You can find that key here https://toolset.com/account/sites/

If there is none, generate a new one and register Toolset again on your site - this should solve it.

Thanks for the quick response!!!

The problem is that when I go to the commercial tab, the buttons don't work. Both 'unregister' and 'revalidate' - The site is sooo broken now : (

Hello,

Please try these:
1) Upgrade Toolset Types plugin to the latest version 3.3.8 manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) Follow our document to regenerate your site key, and test again:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed
section "Automatic Installation (once you have Types plugin installed)"
