Thank you for contacting Toolset Support. Yes this is possible.
1. For Product Tags field to appear in your CRED form, please Edit your Products CRED Form >> Scroll down to Content section >> click on “Auto-Generate Form”. This will automatically add all default WooCommerce fields into the form.

2. You can also add it by clicking on Add Post Fields >> Taxonomies >> Products Tags option. Please see attached screenshot, it will look like this: [cred_field field='product_tag']
