Hi

I have created a page where users can post via a CRED form and on the same page, can see their existing posts via a view. In this view each post has a Delete link.

I have a problem here. I can’t work out how to refresh this page when you submit the CRED form or Delete a post. (With the delete button, you don’t know that it work until after you manually refresh the screen)

Thanks

Hi James,

Thanks for contacting us.

The page should refresh by default whenever you are clicking the delete or submitting a cred for button.

There might be a plugin that is interfering with the normal functions.

What I recommend that you do is to disable all your other plugins except our Toolset related plugins.

Please let me know the result after you have done this.

I have disabled all other plugins other than your Toolset plugins and tried it again and it does not refresh the page automatically.

Hi James,

Could you provide me with a link to the pages where you are experiencing the issues.

Seeing the problem first hand might help me to better understand the problem.

Thanks

Hi James,

It seems I need to be logged in to view this page.

Could you create a temporary admin account so that I can have a look.

I'll enable the private fields for you to submit the credentials.

Thanks

Hi James,

I notice that there is an error on your browser.

It seems that your website is loading the google maps API multiple times. See screenshot.

This error could be the culprit. If you have any plugin or code that is calling for google maps could you please temporarily disable it.

Also if that does not work please try switching to a wordpress default theme.

Please let me know the result of this test.

Thanks

Hi James,

I will need to do some deep investigation on your website as such I would need you to create a duplicator package so I can create a test instance of your website.

Please install the plugin below.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Once you have installed the plugin please let me know so I can create the duplicator package in order to make a test instance of your website.

Thanks

Hi James,

I managed to create duplicate of your website, It seems that you have added a css class to manually reload the page after the button is clicked.

However it seemed that you added the class wrong.

Please update the delete button classes to the one below.

class="btn btn-block btn-primary btn-info cred-refresh-after-delete"

I tested this on your website and the page reloaded after the button has been pressed.

Please let me know if you are experiencing any issues with this.
