I am trying to:

It seems that any of the pages on our website that is a parametric search is running REALLY slow or the page is not running at all. We get a site temporarily unavailable. The only way we can get the page to load up is if we separate the search box from the search results in multiple page. We want both to appear on the same page, because we need ajax to filter results below the search box.

Any ideas how we can speed the pages up that have the parametric search? We've tried disabling other plugins and have had no luck.

I've added cache="off" to the shortcode but the parametric search is still lagging a bit. Here is the debugging information. Do you have any other suggestions?

You use many Plugins + a Custom theme.

First all basic steps must be accomplished, which are usual in debugging issues.

1. Does the issue also persist with a WordPress Default Theme and NO Plugins BUT the Toolset Plugins?

If not, could you then re-enable the Plugins one after the other, and check the issue each time you enable a plugin?
Please report me when the issue comes back
It might also be due to the Theme.
Please do reactivate your Theme only after you are sure the issue isn't coming form a 3rd Party Plugin.

2. I've added cache="off" to the shortcode but the parametric search is still lagging a bit. Here is the debugging information. Do you have any other suggestions?

If WPML is enabled Views will not cache, this is to ensure MultiLingual feature:

3. I am just now debugging another Ticket where Views is responsible for 400 Queries and 3 seconds load time on parametric Searches, which include lots of Query settings and HTML conditional.

If your case is similar please prepare a Debug Site (DEV) where I can login and see, or, better, a sites snapshot if possible.
We usually recommend the free Plugin "Duplicator" for this porpoise.

Please try to provide a snapshot of a site where only Toolset and WPML is used, with no customized code and other plugins.

Please also try this:

Change the parametric search settings to "Choose individual setting manually", and check the option to "Always show all values for inputs".
This should remove the extra queries.

The Views load results on the same page, amazingly fast, and are not presenting any issues

I see you use WPML and all those Plugins are outdated.

I would suggest to update not only them, but also the rest of the Plugins (Not OTGS plugins)

If I miss some steps in reproduction of the issue please can you add a detailed step by step description along with the Test results of above?
