Menu disappear when activate toolset types

This support ticket is created Il y a 5 années et 10 mois. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I try so many way to find the way to fix it but it kind of wired.
The problem is
When I activate Toolset Types, the menu will disappear and some time the background turns white.
I'm so confused, could you please take a look in my site

Well - could you please tell me which menu you are referring to? can i have few screenshot or problem URL where I can see the issue?

I see currently Types is activated on your install but I would like to know where exactly I can see the issue?

Can you please tell me what OS and browser you are using. I'm on windows and checked on chrome and FF but I do not see the issue which you are reporting.

Well - it looks like there is a compatibility issue with the "Ocean Extra" plugin or theme. To debug this further, I need duplicator package of your site.
