Hi

I am trying to create a login details page where I want to show the email address and user name of the logged in user.

I am trying to do this with Views. I have created views before and one of the filter options was allowing me to select the author as the logged in user. However, in this case, I can't see this option.

I have attached the screenshots and I would appreciate it if you can help me on this?

Thanks

Dear jamesH-3,
I think what you need is wpv-current-user short code:
https://toolset.com/documentation/views-shortcodes/#vf-153354

Coming back to your original question.
You will see the option you are looking for, if:
1. you select Post or some of your custom post types in 'Select content' section in your View
2. you press Update button for this section

Then, the option you're missing will appear in the Query filter section.

Please let me know if you are satisfied with my answer and if I can help you with any other questions you might have.
