Hi,

I can't download the "WooCommerce with Layouts" via the Toolset Framework installer. It is a server timeout issue but I don't know how to edit it.

I've read this thread but I don't know how to fix it: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/can-not-install-framework-demo/#post-522034
I've tried to find the option on the host website (OVH) but I couldn't. And I've tried adding in the wp-config the following lines :

"define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
define('WP_TIME_LIMIT', '1000');"

But nothing changed.
Any help?:)

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - woocommerce with layouts is a big site and you need to update the server timeout. Could you please try following code:

Add following code to your current theme's functions.php file.

add_filter('http_request_args', 'toolset_support_http_request_args', 100, 1);
    function toolset_support_http_request_args($r)
    {
        $r['timeout'] = 400;
        return $r;
    }

    add_action('http_api_curl', 'toolset_support_http_api_curl', 100, 1);
    function toolset_support_http_api_curl($handle)
    {
        curl_setopt($handle, CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT, 400);
        curl_setopt($handle, CURLOPT_TIMEOUT, 400);
    }

Also, check with your hosting authority for timeour limit settings.

Hi,

So I've tried to paste:

add_filter('http_request_args', 'toolset_support_http_request_args', 100, 1);
function toolset_support_http_request_args($r)
{
$r['timeout'] = 400;
return $r;
}

add_action('http_api_curl', 'toolset_support_http_api_curl', 100, 1);
function toolset_support_http_api_curl($handle)
{
curl_setopt($handle, CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT, 400);
curl_setopt($handle, CURLOPT_TIMEOUT, 400);
};

But it didn't work.
Then, my hosting authority told me that the maximum timeout I have is 300 and it is already activated.

I tried again, it didn't work.
And as a ultimate try, I've pasted:

add_filter('http_request_args', 'toolset_support_http_request_args', 100, 1);
function toolset_support_http_request_args($r)
{
$r['timeout'] = 300;
return $r;
}

add_action('http_api_curl', 'toolset_support_http_api_curl', 100, 1);
function toolset_support_http_api_curl($handle)
{
curl_setopt($handle, CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT, 300);
curl_setopt($handle, CURLOPT_TIMEOUT, 300);
};

But it didn't work...
Is it possible to load it via my FTP (drag and drop)?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
