[Résolu] How to have actual image in email notifications instead of links

Ce fil est résolu. Voici une description du problème et la solution proposée.

Problem:
How to send Images in a Toolset Forms notification?

Solution:
You are able to do that either with ShortCodes displaying that image or Custom HTML img tag that is populated with the URL of the image, just like in any other "HTML" template.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I need to find a way to send email notifications that includes the actual image of image fields instead of just the link to the images.

I tried adding output='raw' but it didn't work...still got the link. If this is not possible ...is there a way somehow that I can get the submitted form data with any images from image fields to be sent to user? Or if it can be turned into a pdf with images?

What is the link to your site?

UPDATE: I figured that out by using <img> tags, but now discovered an issue with how to send all information in one email or document.

I have a CPT 'jobs' that has a repeating field group 'rooms' . I need to find someway to send all of this information the main 'job' with all of its 'rooms' data to an email or maybe a way to have a document/file created that can then be sent in email? OR can be stored somewhere where the user can go retrieve it?

I just don't know where to start trying to figure out how to do this... very open to suggestions.
thank you!

You should be able to do that either with ShortCodes displaying that image or Custom HTML img tag that is populated with the URL of the image.
I see you chose the Custom HTML way, https://toolset.com/forums/topic/how-to-have-actual-image-in-email-notifications-instead-of-links/#post-1333637

I understand there is a follow-up issue, related to sending "all" information in one notification?
This should be handled in another ticket, usually (according to our Support Guidelines https://toolset.com/toolset-support-policy/).

I created a new ticket for you here where we can handle this new problem:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/send-related-content-prf-rfg-relationships-in-notifications-of-main-parent-post-using-toolset-forms/

If you require no more assistance related to the Image in the notifications we can close this one and follow up on the new topic.

Thanks!
