[Résolu] Geocoding UK postcodes to generate latitude / longitude for google maps

I am trying to: add a map showing the location of a custom post type, based a field which holds UK postcode data.

I've read various previous threads on this topic and can't find any specific solutions.
It's not realistic to expect people to look up latitude/longitude numbers so this needs to happen in the background via the google maps api.
There were some references to this functionality being on the "to do" list for Toolset, but the most recent reference I could find was several months ago.

Is there any update on this please, and a timeline for when you think it will become available?

Hi Alan,

You are right, we've promised this feature for a long time ago. Unfortunately it has not been implemented yet, sorry about that. We've spent a lot of efforts improving Views usability, our teams were focused on this. You can check some of these improvements by the last Views beta release available.

This is in our plans yet, but won't be added soon. Our focus now is Layouts + Views, we are improving its integration.

Anyway I'll add your thread URL in the right to do, I'm sure it will reinforce this request.
