Please see attached image, which symbol do we use to NOT include a field value, do you have any documentation that explain what each symbol means?

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I suppose that you are talking about the second operator(<>) which stands for "different than". You can use it so the condition evaluates to false when the field's value is different than a static value.
