File field isn't launching a file upload, just reloads page

Please, can you follow this thread (https://toolset.com/forums/topic/file-upload-isnt-launching-a-dialog-box-just-reloads-page/), and provide the information I requested there, to this ticket here?
It is the same issue, it seems, but I am not able to replicate this.

I suspect it is due to your common outdated WordPress version, which I see used on both sites (yours and the other ticket)
Please make sure to update, so to ensure the issue is not due to the outdated WordPress.
