Fields Styling Editor Showing Without Being Called On Types 2.2.22

In my Post Fields editor I am unable to open the fields boxes to make edits. I click on the upside down triangles and I'm unable to open the field. I noticed I have the "Fields Styling Editor" box there which I never setup code for. This is a new website, with a new WordPress Install and new Types plugin installation... why would the Fields Styling Editor be there? How do I get rid of it or turn it off. I think that is the problem to why I cannot open the fields editors.
