I actually stopped using Types toolset a while ago and downgraded to just using the free toolset plugin.

After the last update which I only just got round to doing on Mazepress.com I noticed nothing on the edit post screen works as it did before.

If I try and edit the permalink nothing happens, if I try and go to the Yoast box nothing shows.

Turning off toolset fixed this but it removed my custom posts.

So I signed up to renew my account with Toolset pro and updated to the latest version and I still have the same issue.

I tried turning off all other plugins and switching themes and the problem persists until I turn off toolset.

See the attached screenshot to see how Yoast now loads.

So I can't properly edit or update the majority of the features I need access to.

It looks like this is the result of a javascript issue running in the back end.

I have tested this on another site of mine and get the same result.

Note: this only happens on the back end, no issues on the front end.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I would migrate to the Pods plugin if it wasn't for using custom fields as well as custom post types and not wanting to lose or rebuild everything.

I have attached a screenshot of how Yoast appears with toolset turned on and a screenshot of the console errors.

Any ideas?

Well - If you have pro Toolset subscription the current latest version of Toolset Types plugin is 3.2.1. We always recommend running your site with latest stable release plugin version.

Would you mind to download and install Types 3.2.1 and check if that helps you to resolve your issue?

I downgraded the plugin to see if I could resolve the issue but to no avail.

I have now upgraded again to the latest version and the issue persists. (Unless I turn off Toolset).

Well - could you please share wp-admin access so I can try to check whats going on with your site.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

Well - after login to your site, I check the issue and actually the JS error you see on browser's console is belongs to third party plugin you are using "Title and Nofollow For Links". I just disable this plugin and Toolset plugins are active, there is no issue.

So the actual issue belongs to plugin"Title and Nofollow For Links".

Note: "Title and Nofollow For Links" plugin is currently disabled on the test site.

Hmm, okay I see that works now, but why is it that when toolset is off and "Title and Nofollow For Links" is on, it's also broken?

Sorry I mean why is it that when title and no follow is ON and toolset is OFF it works fine,

Is there a clash between the two plugins?

Try turning it back on and turning toolset off and you will notice the issue is also resolved?

Well - actually, the issue comes from the plugin "Title and Nofollow For Links", so if you activate the plugin - you will see the JS error belongs to the "Title and Nofollow For Links" plugin file:

plugins/title-and-nofollow-for-links/inc/nofollow.min.js?ver=1.04

So, as this conflict belongs to "Title and Nofollow For Links" plugin file - you need to contact the "Title and Nofollow For Links" plugin author and if they see Toolet is the actual cause of the issue, we are happy to help. You should share the Toolset plugins with "Title and Nofollow For Links" plugin author so they can look at this issue.
