Disable Add new button in relationships

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

When assigning a parent to a child in the relationships panel on a post there are two options with buttons Add new... and Connect Existing...

Is there a way to disable the Add new option. I want to force users to only use parents that have only been created by the administrator.

I can always hide the button if there is no solution

Update > It looks like hiding is a difficult because there is no class that can be targeted to just hide the Add new... button.
