I am truly sorry, this takes so long - 🙁
But the Toolset Password is wrong:
ERROR: The password you entered for the username toolset is incorrect. Lost your password?
The Same goes for the FTP Details:
Server meldete: Login authentication failed
I apologize that this is not going as fast as you are used - I try my best.
Please find the CRED Form permission settings in your Access and make sure those are readable, editable and writable for your Role.
A simple trick:
- If Access is disabled, CRED Form must show and be editable for every body.
- If not, there is a conflict with the Theme, custom code or 3rd party Plugin, or CRED is out of date.
There are no other possibilities.
As I saw on your site, CRED Date Picker is not default.
From what I see, some CSS and JS is overwritten.
Ensure that you have no Custom CSS or JS applying on those CRED Forms, or generally, your Theme or other Plugins are not overwiritng anything
I am only posting above instructions to try to expedite a solution while you provide new details for login, I don't want you to wait uselessly just because I don't post enough debug process informations.
Also, what is always a approach if everything fails (I will do that for sure once I have a local snapshot) is manually reinstall Toolset as per below instructions, and reinstall WordPress in Dashboard > Updates.
Also, I will clean all cache, I will delete all 3rd Party Plugins and use a default theme
On live sites all this has to be done after a full backup only.
★ INSTRUCTIONS:
❌ Backup your website and database ❌
• Deactivate/Delete the "Installer" plugin (if you have it)
• Deactivate all Toolset plugins
• Login via FTP to your wp-content/plugins folder
• Delete all Toolset Plugins folders
• Go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ and download the latest stable Types Plugin, then extract it.
• Upload the plugin via FTP to the wp-content/plugins folder.
⌥ alternatively you could upload the .zip file using Dashboard > Plugins > New > Upload
• Register the Plugin for your site
⌥ you can do that under Dashboard > Types > Settings > Types Tools > Installer
• Download all other needed Plugins
• Activate them in Dashboard > Plugins
This should not generate any problems.
I don't expect you to do the above processes, you seem to have done it enough times.
But it's for sake of fast solution.
I expect your new access details so I can grab the package and duplicate.
Thank you so much for your patience.
