I know you all are talking with Themeco, the devs of X and Pro on possibly making Toolset work with it. I am noticing that when I go into the Header and Footer builder, the CRED form plugin causes a conflict. Any known issues?

Hi Donald,

Thank you for the video.

Would you mind if I took a duplicator package from the website for further testing on this ?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

Sure thing. I don't have duplicator though.

Hi Donald,

I tried the credentials again but they don't seem to work.

Could you check on them and let me know ?

Thanks,
Shane

I can't resubmit the credentials without a secure form.

Hi Donald,

Just an update i was able to download the duplicator package from the site so I'm going through to make the report to our 2nd tier supporters for further debugging.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Donald,

In my testing, I have a question to ask.

Does this issue only occur on pages that have CRED forms on them ?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

No this occurs on all pages.

Hi Donald,

I was able to get this working. For some strange reason after I disabled cred and tried the builder it works as expected then I re-enabled cred and tried it again and it started working.

I tried to log into your site to test it but the credentials don't seem to work anymore. Could you try the steps I did and let me know the results.

Thanks,
Shane

I am still getting an error. I haven't changed the credentials so they should still be working.
