Big list of taxonomies make site down

Hi,
I have a big list of taxonomies for postal code in France, so very big list.
The problem is in CRED FORM, when i use list, that make site down. I don't know what i could do ?

Hello,

I suggest you try these:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Taxonomies
find and edit the taxonomy "postal code"

in section "Taxonomy type", choose option "Flat - like post tags, with a text input to enter terms"

So in Toolset Forms, the flat taxonomy will display as an text input box by default, it should not conducts the site down problem.

Hi,
Thanks for your answer, the problem is i use hierarchical in search toolset.
Exemple i have postal code : 01100, 01200, 01300 .... i have put in parent taxonomy 01

I assume you are using a custom Hierarchical taxonomy "postal code", just like the WordPress built-in taxonomy "category", there are only three Display options you can try:
- Display taxonomy as a set of checkboxes
- Display taxonomy as a select dropdown
- Display taxonomy as a select dropdown with multiple selection

If all those options do not work in your website, you might consider these one of those:
1) Switch taxonomy "postal code" to flat
2) Use custom codes to setup taxonomy "postal code" field in Toolset Forms.
But according to our support policy, we don't provide custom codes support.
