Tell us what you are trying to do?
My customer wants to make an attendance sheet.
For example, there are classes and students, and the teacher must keep a record of each student's attendance. Classes are held once a week and change infrequently, but attendance students often change.
If you have a template or sample to make this, please recommend it.
I am not a developer so I cannot write php. However, it is possible to add a function in a shortcode manner.

I've performed some tests and research and unfortunately, there is no ready-to-use feature or template which can be used to achieve this.
