[Résolu] Access breaks WooCommerce v3 variances

Ce fil est résolu. Voici une description du problème et la solution proposée.

Problem:
Just upgraded WooCommerce to the latest version and when Toolset Access is activated WooCommerce Product variations and attributes fail to work in products, when I disable Access WooCommerce functions work again. Looks like it may be a bug.

Solution:
1. This usually happens if you are using very old version of Toolset Access. Please update ALL Toolset plugins to latest version. You can download these from your account:
- https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2. Also, please clear out your website cache, plugins cache, server cache (if any), browser cache too.

Hi David,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. Please make sure you are using all latest Toolset plugins.

1. Can you please share your Debug Information with us so we can see it? I have enabled debug info box for your next reply:
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

2. Can you please also try to check it by deactivating all third-party plugins (except Toolset and WooCommerce) and switching back to the Default Theme (e.g. Twenty Sixteen theme) to see for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Looking forward to help you.
Thank you

We have already tried tuning off all plugins the only one that creates the bug is when we turn back on the Access plugin, the variations stop working.

Hello David,

=== Please backup your database and website ===

1. I have noticed that you are using very old version of Toolset Access. Please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest version. You can download it from your account:
https://toolset.com/download/toolset-access/
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2. I have also noticed you are using server cache (LiteSpeed) on site.
- Please clear out your website cache, plugins cache, server cache (LiteSpeed), browser cache too.

3. Further, I have just checked Access and WooCommerce latest version with Twenty Sixteen theme, and I was able to see Product Variations and attributes work fine. After performing above steps, please check it with your current theme and with Twenty Sixteen theme and let us know your findings.

Thank you

Thank you for your support, It was the fact that I was using an older version of the Access plugin. Please accept my apologies for not looking at that first.
