Hello and thank you for contacting us.
Please check if you have the latest versions of Toolset plugins.
Can you test with all non essential plugins disabled and with a default theme like Twenty Fourteen?
Can you enable debugging in WordPress and provide us the log?
You can do this by switching define('WP_DEBUG', false); to true and using this code inside wp-setings.php:
// Tell WordPress to log everything to /wp-content/debug.log
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
// Turn off the display of error messages on your site
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
// For good measure, you can also add the follow code, which will hide errors from being displayed on-screen
@ini_set('display_errors', 0);
Do you still need assistance with this?
If yes, can you provide me with a temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site in order to be of better help. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
