Taxonomy Filter Not Displaying Posts
Started by: scarletW

Problem: I would like to use the current post's slug to define a taxonomy slug filter for another View on the page. Solution: In the Query Filter for "Boots Worn", you should change the settings to "Boots Worn" is "Set by one View shortcode attribute", where the boots worn slug is all of the values coming from "wpvbootworn". This will allow you to pass a parameter into the View. You can use the [wpv-post-slug] shortcode to get the slug of the current Boot, and pass that value into the View like this: [wpv-view name="your-view-slug" wpvbootworn="[wpv-post-slug]"] This passes the post's slug into the View's filter, and should show results with the boots worn taxonomy that matches your post's slug.
