Problem:
How to add a headline and description in the top of each archive for current category/taxonomy?

Solution:
Normally taxonomy archive Title and Description is displayed by the theme by default. To display these inside your Views, you can try this shortcode [wpv-taxonomy-archive info="description"]:

OR please follow below steps:

1. Please add this code in your theme’s or child theme’s functions.php file:

//Display Taxonomy Archive Description
function custom_get_archive_description( $atts ){
    return get_the_archive_description();
}
add_shortcode( 'wpv-archive-description', 'custom_get_archive_description' );

2. After that, please register the custom shortcode first in Toolset > Settings > Front-end Content > Third-party shortcode arguments.

3. Then please add these shortcodes in your View:

[wpv-archive-title]
[wpv-archive-description]

This will display category or taxonomy title and description in your taxonomy archive page.
