Problem:

The issue here is that the user wanted to know if toolset would be a good ad management tool.

Solution:
Let me see if I understand this clearly.

1. They need to be able to admin the ads

I'm assuming they want to be able to create/edit/display there ads. This is possible with Toolset.

2. Target to particular categories/posts.

I'm assuming that they only want certain ads to display on certain post based on some taxonomy or custom field selection. This is possible by using our Views plugin to filter the Ads based on some category determined by the page the view will be placed on.

3. view reports

I'm assuming they want some for of reporting for e.g how many customer click this ad etc. This one isn't possible with toolset.
