This is a copy of a message I sent in FB AFTER I was unable to get help from Admin inregards to my account. None of the above options fit so I just picked one. At this point no one replied back to me via FB messenger even though I could see they saw my message.

Hello - I need help. I have a paid subscription and getting no where with support. I'm now going into day 3.
I paid the renewal fee. I have an order number. I now have message saying "Invalid site key for the current site."
I emailed Admin support and received instructions that were useless. I replied back and got better instructions, but by step 4 the instructions failed.
Yesterday I also thought I opened a ticket but I don't see it in my tickets. ? I don't know if I failed to submit or if Toolset is having issues.
Regardless this has become a large pain in the butt.
Here is a copy of the emails. Please send me correct steps starting at step 4.
My original message:
I renewed and I have added my key but I get this error: Invalid site key for the current site. I'm using key wIjrxjo7RJ. My subscription #633128. I deactivated it and tried again. Thanks Cindy

I will open a ticket. Your answer was not helpful.

1. Go to what site?
2. I only have one site so I only need Basic. I don't know why that would be an issue. What am I unregistering???
3. Under commercial there is no unregister site - And I had to really hunt to find a tab within my WP site that has a section that says commercial.

Please check with someone on your reply so you don't frustrate other users who have paid for support. This only delays me another day.

Dear Cindy,

You have a Basic subscription and this allows you to register one site only. If you have already deleted the previous url from Sites in your Account, you should be able to register the new url. If you have done this already, please try unregistering and registering your site again.
Steps to unregister the current site key (Toolset):
1) login to the site and in the Toolset dashboard go to the Plugins screen

2) click 'Add New’ and in the ‘Commercial’ tab, here click on the "Unregister Toolset from this site" button. This will unregister the previous key.

Then register the new URL and get a new key in My sites: https://toolset.com/account/sites/.

You can remove the old key, it will not affect the content of your site, as the key is just used to get updates.

In case this does not help, please open a thread in our forum and one of our tech experts will be assigned to help you:

Hello Cindy,

Thank you for your message.

Let me correct myself, please.

Steps to unregister the current site key for your Toolset account:
1) log in to your Toolset account at toolset.com and navigate to the Account > Sites page ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ )
2) locate the registration information for your site and remove it by clicking on the trash icon for that site
3) login to your site and in the WordPress admin go to the Plugins screen
4) locate any of the Toolset plugins and click on the ‘Registered’ link that is displayed when you over the plugin name. This will direct you to the Plugins New > Commercial tab where the Toolset options for update and downloads are displayed
5) on this page click the ‘Unregister Toolset from this site' from this site button. This will unregister the previous key. You can remove the old key, it will not affect the content of your site, as the key is just used to get updates.
6) at this stage you do not have any site key registered for your site, so follow the steps to register a new site key that is displayed when you click on ‘Register Toolset’

In case this does not help, please open a thread in our forum and one of our tech experts will be assigned to help you:

Hello,

Please check these in your website:
1) You need to follow our document to setup the Toolset site key:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/
You will need to use your own website URL to register and get the site key.

2) If the problem still persists, please open this URL:
https://toolset.com/account/sites/
and click the link "show key", take a screenshot for it, and copy and paste the site key here

provide your own website credentials in below "private detail box", I need a live website to debug this problem, thanks
